When direct or internal candidates are preferred, Jedna provides market-maps and introduces external candidates for benchmarking purposes and thus avoiding a search fee. Importantly, there are no completion fees, and in the event of role cancellation or the hiring of an internal/direct candidate, our clients incur no additional costs, which would typically be obligatory when engaging with other external search firms.
